Construction at South Forest Hill Residences continues to make quick progress, most recently completing Level 8 of the building. This represents a key milestone, as we now commence formwork on the typical tower floors. The building will grow quickly over the coming months now that the podium is complete.

Next, precast panel installation will commence on the lower floors, showcasing the detailed architectural design of the building. Windows will follow shortly thereafter, following the precast up the building. Below is a recent photo of the construction progress on site:
