Parallax is excited to announce

Parallax is excited to announce significant construction milestones for Theory Condos:

First occupancy occurred on June 7^th followed by the residential condominium registration on June 16^th.

Additionally, the University of Toronto (U of T) will be occupying all office space in the building, and they have started their fit-out work.

Similarly, the retail units will start their fit-out work during Q3 and Q4 2021.
