Theory Condos is quickly rising and is approaching the halfway point of its final 30-storey height. Black cladding is being installed on the podium levels along with windows that will quickly enclose the balance of the podium and tower.

The enclosure of the building envelope allows the construction team to advance other internal work while the tower continues to grow towards its final height.
