Ben MacNicol

Director of Development

Ben joined Parallax in 2017 and is responsible for managing ongoing development projects with a focus on municipal approvals, design, and sales & marketing. Ben also helps source and evaluate land acquisitions for new development projects. He holds a degree in Honours Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business and a BA with Honours Specialization in Urban Development from Western University.
